JS Complaint System Poster
Federal Regulations mandate that customers be made aware of the Job Service Complaint System. USDOL Training and Employment Notice (TEN) 15-09 restates the requirement that state agencies must publicize the Job Service Complaint System.
The Kansas Complaint Poster – KS 2014 will be updated. Until then, please download and print the current poster and place in a prominent location, in sight of both employees AND customers.
KANSASWORKS Complaint Log and Instructions
Each KANSASWORKS workforce center is required to submit their JS Complaint Log by the 5th day after the end of each program year quarter. A copy of the the complaint log and its instructions may be downloaded through use of these links:
