The Kansas Migrant Education Program works to ensure that migrant children fully benefit from the same free public education provided to other children.  All school districts offer eligible migrant  children free lunches.  Individual school districts may offer services from the following additional services:

  • Even Start childcare
  • Preschool and daycare services
  • After-school educational programs
  • Tutoring and homework help
  • Adult education (GED and ESL)
  • College scholarships
  • Transportation
  • Summer programs
